All items purchased from our Sale section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes any items in the sale section marked as:

Last Chance – One-of-a-Kind, Almost Gone
These are the final few pieces of some of our most-loved ADA Collection styles. Each belt is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using genuine leather and artisan techniques, making every piece feel special and unique.

Our Sale section is simply our way of making room for new collections and upcoming designs while giving these beautiful pieces a chance to be loved before they’re gone. These items are not damaged or defective — they are part of the same handcrafted quality ADA is known for.

Because many of these styles are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked, all Sale purchases are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch, handmade production.

Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time, ADA Collection may offer limited-time promotions, sales, or special discounts on our website. Unless otherwise stated, items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same conditions as our regular full-price items and are subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note that promotional discounts apply only during the advertised offer period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Promotions may not be combined with other discount codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

Our SALE collection or products marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Memorial Day Incremental Sale – Terms & Conditions

The Memorial Day Incremental Sale is valid from [Thursday, 21 May 7 am PST] through [Tuesday, 26th May 11:59 pm PST] on eligible purchases made at ADA Collection.

Discount tiers apply automatically at checkout:

• Spend $100-199 USD → Receive 10% OFF
• Spend $200-299 USD → Receive 20% OFF
• Spend $300-or more USD → Receive 30% OFF

Products purchased during this promotional period are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same conditions as our regular full-price items and follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If an item purchased during the promotion is returned and the return causes the order total to fall below the original discount threshold, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Final Sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges and will be clearly marked on the product page.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Only)

To start a return, please click Start a Return (US) and enter your order number and the email used at checkout. Click here for complete return details.

Please note:

• Returns and exchanges are available for U.S. domestic orders only

• Items from our Sale section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the order date, as long as the item is returned in new, unaltered, unused condition.

To be eligible, items must:

• Have original tags attached

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, stains, or alterations

• Be returned within 30 calendar days of the order date (no exceptions after 30 days)

• Not be a custom or special order

• Not be an international order. Needs to be a US order.

Restocking Fee

A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.

Return Shipping Timeline

Once your return label is issued, your package must be shipped within 10 days.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

The first exchange is free.
For any additional exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Approval

All refunds are contingent upon inspection upon receipt of the item(s). If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be refused and shipped back to the customer.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on eligible orders, as outlined below:

• Free Ground Shipping (5–8 business days) on all orders over $150 USD

• Free International Shipping (8–10 business days) on eligible international orders of $400 USD or more (free shipping will be shown at checkout when applicable)

Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it, as orders are processed quickly. If you need help, email us as soon at customercare@adacollection.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
