International*: Free Shipping for order over $400 USD.
*International Shipping Notice: Please note: Our shipping fee covers delivery from our side, but customs duties, VAT, or local fees may apply at delivery depending on your country’s rules. These are not included in our checkout price.
Shipping Time
Express Shipping and Standard Shipping option is valid for business days only. Business days refer to official working days - weekends and holidays excluded.
International Orders
For international order shipments, we offer a flat rate of $25. Free international shipping is available for full-price orders over $400. Import duties and taxes are due on delivery by the recipient of the shipment, and payment is to be made to the carrier at time of delivery or through the carrier's website if available. A valid phone number and email must be provided at checkout. We do not provide return labels for international shipments. Most of our orders ship out within 24 hours of purchase except on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Undeliverable orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
Returned undeliverable orders that are unclaimed within 10 business days will be refunded to the original payment method less the $7.00 restocking fee.
Cancellations
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
