Refund policy
Thank you for choosing ADA Collection, a small business that greatly appreciates your support and loyalty. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we want to make sure you are fully informed about our return policy, which you can review below:
To process your return, please click on Start A return (US), add the number of your order and the email used to purchase.
A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.
We accept returns for a product refund 30 days from the purchase date of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
• Original tags must be attached
• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• Within 30 calendar days of the order date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
• Must not be a special order or a custom order
• Cannot be international
Shipping fees won't be returned
Once you have received your return label, your return must be sent out within 10 days.
When your return arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges are free for the first time. For any additional exchanges, the customer will need to cover the shipping costs.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive them.
Sale Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)
All items purchased from our Sale section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes any items in the sale section marked as:

By completing your purchase, you agree to this final sale policy.
Free Gift
If you return your full-priced order your free gift will be forfeited. If we do not receive your free gift the retail value of (depending on free gift) will be deducted from your refund.
Damages
If you received an item that is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly please contact Customer Support immediately. These items will result in a hassle-free exchange or a FULL refund.
Price Adjustment
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
Please note: We’re unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at our independent boutiques.
Items purchased from an ADA Collection retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
