What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive anything in the next 3 days, contact customer support so they can help you out!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually.
Once processed, a refund will be applied to your initial payment method, usually within 1-3 business days from the processing date. Allow for up to two billing cycles for the credit to manifest on your monthly credit card statement. If the purchase was made using a Gift Card, the refund will be issued as merchandise credit.

How to clean my leather belt?
Leather needs to stay supple and moisturized to prevent cracking and fading. Therefore, it is crucial to condition your leather belts regularly. Apply a small amount of leather conditioner to a soft cloth and rub it gently onto your belt. Let the conditioner soak in for a few minutes, then wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.
Where is the belt produced?
Our belts are handmade in Argentina.
Why aren't our belts finished on both sides?
Our belts are crafted with a unique construction, featuring an "unfinished"
back that is glued rather than stitched. This innovative design provides a soft
and versatile belt with numerous styling possibilities 🙌. The absence of
finishing on both sides maintains flexibility, as full finishing could result in
excessive rigidity, making the belt challenging to tie.
Why the color I received is not exactly the same as the website?
Because leather is a very natural material, each belt may have slight color, texture, grain and size variations, but we will be happy to provide you with an exchange if the product is not what you expected.
Why are there types of belts that have a different finishing?
The Skinny Wrap Belts have a distinct finish compared to the Classic and Midi
belts due to their thinner profile and lack of a tail end. The leather used for
these belts benefits from a slightly stiffer feel.
How do I ensure that the shape is maintained and the back doesn't unfold?
We employ a specialized and robust adhesive to ensure the belt retains its
folded form. In the rare event that you encounter any issues with the belt's
stability, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and
offer exchanges if needed. Keep in mind that since our belts use natural
leather, minor variations in color, texture, grain, and size may occur.
Why is my belt scratched?
As our belts are made with such soft leather, small markings and scratches
are a part of their charm, but don´t worry! they can easily be removed with
wear or by using leather polish, as demonstrated in this video. Taking Care of your ADA belt.
How can I tie the rosette knot if the ties aren't long enough for me?
Place the wider portion of the belt in the back and bring the ties around to the front. Tie once and then follow the direction to tie the rosette! Voila! I’m not lying when I say the Wrap Belt is for every body, shape AND it’s one-size! Watch the video to check different ways to tie:
