How To Start Your Return or Exchange (US only)
Print a pre-paid return label to exchange or receive a refund. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.Â
1. Locate Your Order
Click on a Start A return (US), add the number of your order and email used to purchase.
2. Select Your Items
Locate the items you wish to return or exchange and complete the process to either exchange or receive a refund.
3. Get Your Return Label
Print your label and pack up your items.Â
4. Drop Off Your Return
Take your return to any USPS facility or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com.Â
5. Next step
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
