How to Care for Waxed Leather

The genuine leather belt you just got in your order has a waxed finish on it. As you wear it or handle it, the wax will begin to break and scratches will show up. Not to worry, this is perfectly normal and actually it’s what makes the leather super soft, comfortable and gives it a slightly aged look. 

To restore moisture back into your belt and get rid of the scratches, apply a colorless leather conditioner on a cloth and rub. We recommend “Leather Shines” brand you can buy on Amazon.
