Office Admin Position:
Fashion design company, ADA Collection, (located in Folsom, CA) is seeking an office administrator. Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inventory (via quick books)
- Schedule shipments
- Analyze customers' procedures and requirements to ship a package
- Order office and shipping supplies
- Create presentations for sample requests for customers
- Light packing & labeling
- prepping sales samples for sales reps for trade shows (based on trade show calendar)
- printing line sheets, look books and other marketing material upon request
- other office admin responsibilities may apply
Skills:
- Common sense
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Ability to read a manual and break it up into easy steps- and execute
- Computer skills - power point, outlook and Skype
- Must be Organized and can prioritize tasks of importance
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable
- 5 years of office admin experience
- Salary based on experience.
- Full-time
- A Skype, In-person and Work interview will be required
