Office Admin Position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive inventory (via quick books)
  • Schedule shipments
  • Analyze customers' procedures and requirements to ship a package
  • Order office and shipping supplies
  • Create presentations for sample requests for customers
  • Light packing & labeling
  • prepping sales samples for sales reps for trade shows (based on trade show calendar)
  • printing line sheets, look books and other marketing material upon request
  • other office admin responsibilities may apply


  • Common sense
  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Ability to read a manual and break it up into easy steps- and execute
  • Computer skills - power point, outlook and Skype
  • Must be Organized and can prioritize tasks of importance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Reliable
  • 5 years of office admin experience
  • Salary based on experience.
  • Full-time
