Return Eligibility
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the order date, as long as the item is returned in new, unaltered, unused condition.
To be eligible, items must:

Have original tags attached

Be unworn and unwashed

Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, stains, or alterations

Be returned within 30 calendar days of the order date (no exceptions after 30 days)

Not be a custom or special order

Not be an international order. Needs to be a US order.
Restocking Fee
A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.
Return Shipping Timeline
Once your return label is issued, your package must be shipped within 10 days.
When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges
The first exchange is free.
For any additional exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Approval
All refunds are contingent upon inspection once we receive the item(s). If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be refused and shipped back to the customer.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on eligible orders, as outlined below:

Free Ground Shipping (5–8 business days) on all orders over $150 USD

Free International Shipping (8–10 business days) on eligible international orders of $400 USD or more (free shipping will be shown at checkout when applicable)
Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping and Standard Shipping option is valid for business days only. Business days refer to official working days - weekends and holidays excluded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
